The beach is just a less than 5-minute walk away, and we found the nearby restaurants offered a variety of delicious dining options that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pools are nice but can get quite busy.

Front desk staff were indifferent and not very helpful.

The air conditioner in our Double Room was unbelievably noisy, making it impossible to get any sleep. On top of that, we faced an unsettling situation when trying to take our breakfast to the balcony. the restaurant staff didn't inform us beforehand about the extra charge, which felt very unfair.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We loved the pools and how close the beach was. We explored some beautiful nearby spots and noticed the playground was handy for families. It was great to unwind, but keep in mind the pools can get busy. Also, the breakfast could be improved. Overall, a solid choice for group getaways.

Loved the pools and the great location for beach access! Our room was clean and perfect for a family getaway.

i had a great stay at hotel & villas huetares. the superior villa was spacious with 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples. the kitchen was well stocked, and having a full-size coffee pot was a nice touch. the swimming pools were amazing, and it was just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to relax under the beautiful guanacaste sky.

The food at the hotel was tasty, especially the Costa Rican buffet breakfast that rolled out fresh fruit and traditional meals. Just a quick stroll away, you’ve got Pescado Loco and Ginger Restaurant Bar, where the vibes are just right for a chill seafood feast. The staff was super friendly, making it feel like your home away from home.

While the aesthetics need a little love, breakfast was a bit of a hustle—no self-serve and one trip only. The air conditioning was noisy, making the nights a tad uncomfortable, and the room had limited storage space to keep your gear organized.

Request a room away from the road for a quieter night’s sleep.

This place was just an appropriate option for a day tour in Playa Hermosa with very good value for money. It's a good idea to double-check the cleanliness before settling in.
